About the event
In this class you will learn how to connect with another human(lol)! You will know how to create synergy with active and passive stretching, deep breath work and rocking. This is a great way to learn how to heal the body. Mat Massage is also known as Thai Massage, an ancient healing practice that focuses on total body balance and restoration.
