Temperance Stone
President and Founder
Temperance Stone is a graduate of the International School of Skin Nails and Massage. She holds certifications in both Eastern and Western healing therapeutic practices geared towards health and wellness. Her continuing education focus is in Women's Clinical Health and Neuromuscular Therapy. She specializes in relieving pain associated with Muscle Energy Trauma. Temperance received the Eric Dalton Award for Palpatory Excellence and the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. She graduated top of her class and continues to excel within her community. She is a respected member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. Currently, Temperance is working with other leading health care professionals in the Cherokee and N. Cobb county areas. She is also working within her community as a leading provider of In-home treatment options. Temperance remains the #1 recommended provider of Mobile Massage Therapy among her patients. Today's need for convenient therapy continues to increase as community awareness for wellness grows. Temperance is able to meet your therapy needs with out you having to leave the comforts of your home.

​As awareness to the benefits of massage expands, Temperance's enthusiasm, for providing YOU with tailored benefit sessions, grows. She has a passion for her profession and it shows in her work! She has more than 14 years experience in health and wellness. She participates in local community events, such as, Susan G. Komen's "Race for a Cure" and Emory's "Winship 5k Win the Fight". Temperance brings a UNIQUE approach to alternative health by combining clinical treatment with mobile service!
Shynell Williams
Secretary
Shynell has over 15 years as an executive and administrative assistant and is currently working in property management. She has owned her own therapy practice for the past 10 years and still has a passion for touching people's lives and coaching.

She currently resides in Colorado, but will always call Georgia home.
Winshelle Preston
Community Outreach
Winshelle Preston has 20 plus years of experience in the culinary arena. Currently she is the head chef at Barry's Deli. Ms. Preston is also the co-founder of Kweenz. A non-profit mentoring group that uplifts and molds young ladies of color to help them live up to their full potential. Winshelle has a passion for life and aspires to build a greater world.

Brittany Bishop

Brittany is a native Illinoisan who has always had a passion for giving back to her community. She moved to Georgia in 2017 and has continued to give back to her community. Growing up as a girl scout fueled her passion for serving others, remembering to live bu the Code always. When Katrina hit Louisiana, she and her brother spent countless hours raising money for those in need.

Brittany recently finished her BA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, with various internships that contributed to the knowledge . Always willing to give a helping had with a warm heart, she will be starting her career with Ernst Young.
Mary Daniels
Fundraiser
Mary Daniels is the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Operations for Goodwill of North Georgia. Goodwill of North Georgia is a nonprofit organization that assists participants in overcoming employment hurdles caused by physical, emotional and developmental disabilities, limited job skills, poverty and other challenges. Because of her love for their mission, Mary has been with the agency for over 10 years.
Mary’s passion for loving on her community is what inspired her to join organizations with a direct impact in the lives of those who are in need. Mary is a proud member of Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals, Junior League of Atlanta and United Way Young Professional Leaders. She is also a graduate of the Spring 2018 cohort of the United Way Volunteer Involvement Program, which is a program designed to develop and enhance leadership skills and increase diverse volunteer participation in nonprofit board and leadership positions in Greater Atlanta. When Mary is not working or volunteering, she enjoys traveling, reading and brunch with her friends.
In 2001, Mary attended Valdosta State University then moved to Atlanta in 2004 to pursue career opportunities. Although she calls Atlanta home, she is ever so proud to be a South Georgia girl where she was born and raised.
